Welcome to Ficuni Eyewear Consultation ("Ficuni," "we," "our," or "us"), a Delhi-based eyewear consultation company. By accessing www.ficuni.com ("Website") or booking a consultation with us, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. Our goal is to provide clarity and fairness so you always know what to expect when engaging with our services.

1. Scope of Services

Ficuni is India's first dedicated eyewear consultation platform, headquartered in Delhi. We specialize in:

• Personalized styling consultation to match eyewear with your face shape, lifestyle, and fashion personality.
• Luxury brand and designer recommendations to guide you toward the finest eyewear options.
• Lens guidance, including premium materials and coatings, to ensure your comfort and visual clarity.

Please note:

• Ficuni does not manufacture, sell, or directly distribute eyewear products.
• Purchases made after our consultation are between you and third-party brands or retailers.
• Ficuni's role is strictly advisory, not as a seller or medical provider.

2. Client Responsibilities

For the best consultation outcome, clients agree to:

• Provide accurate details about their style preferences, vision needs, and lifestyle.
• Share a valid and up-to-date eye prescription from a licensed optometrist/ophthalmologist before ordering prescription eyewear.
• Understand that Ficuni is not a medical service. We focus on fashion, comfort, and brand guidance — not medical diagnosis or treatment.
• Accept that final eyewear purchase decisions are at the client's discretion.

3. Booking & Payments

• All consultation appointments must be booked in advance via our official channels on ficuni.com.
• Payment must be completed at the time of booking to secure your slot.
• By booking, you agree to comply with our Refund & Exchange Guidelines.
• Consultation prices are subject to revision, but changes will not affect confirmed bookings.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We value your time and ours. To keep things fair:

• Cancellations made 24 hours or more before the consultation are eligible for a full refund.
• Cancellations made within 24 hours of the consultation will not be refunded.
• Missed appointments without notice will be treated as completed consultations — no refund will be given.
• Rescheduling is allowed once per booking at no extra charge, provided you notify us at least 24 hours in advance. Rescheduling is subject to consultant availability.

5. Prescription Glasses & Custom Orders

When a client chooses to order eyewear using their personal prescription and preferences, the following applies:

• These orders are custom-made and therefore non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Ficuni will not be responsible for issues arising from an incorrect or outdated prescription provided by the client.
• Once confirmed, custom eyewear orders cannot be altered or canceled.

We strongly recommend verifying your prescription with a certified Delhi-based optometrist or eye-care professional before placing any order.

6. Third-Party Brands & Retailers

As part of our service, we may recommend premium or luxury eyewear brands and retailers. Please note:

• These are independent third parties with their own terms, pricing, and policies.
• Ficuni has no control over their quality, delivery timelines, after-sales service, or refunds.
• Any complaints or disputes regarding purchased eyewear must be addressed directly with the brand or store.
• Our recommendations are purely advisory, and the final decision rests with the client.

7. Refund & Exchange Policy

Our detailed Refund & Exchange Guidelines are published separately, but in short:

• Consultation fees are refundable only for cancellations made at least 24 hours in advance.
• Once a consultation session has been delivered, fees are non-refundable.
• Prescription eyewear and other custom-made orders are strictly non-refundable and non-exchangeable.
• Refund or exchange requests for third-party purchases must be raised directly with the concerned brand or retailer.

8. Limitation of Liability

By using Ficuni's services, you agree that:

• Ficuni will not be liable for dissatisfaction related to eyewear purchased from third-party brands.
• Ficuni is not responsible for eye strain, discomfort, or medical issues resulting from self-provided prescriptions.
• Ficuni's maximum liability, if any, will be limited to the consultation fee paid by you.
• We will not be responsible for indirect or incidental damages such as delivery delays, warranty issues, or product defects.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on ficuni.com and in our consultation process — including text, graphics, brand elements, and curated content — belongs exclusively to Ficuni.

You may not copy, reproduce, or distribute any part of our content without written permission. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property may result in legal action under Indian law.

10. Updates to Terms

We may update these Terms & Conditions from time to time to reflect changes in our business practices, services, or legal requirements. Updated terms will always be posted on this page with a new Effective Date. Continued use of our services means you accept the updated terms.

11. Governing Law & Jurisdiction

• These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of India.
• All disputes shall fall under the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Delhi, India.
• Clients agree to first attempt an amicable resolution before pursuing legal action.
